Greg gets an A+ for awesome customer service, technical expertise, professionalism and tenacity! I live in a remote location and struggled with finding someone who could program a new fob. And frankly, I just didn't want to pay the est $500 cost to take it to the dealer. Calling Pop a Lock was the best decision. Greg immediately helped me understand the online used fob i had purchased was not the correct ID# and helped me persevere to get the right one. We had a historic home re-keyed and then there were some vague issues with one of the locks. Both of the gentlemen that evaluated the antique lock were incredibly thoughtful and professional. They didn't charge us anything for two hours of work on fixing it so that we wouldn't need a modern replacement that wouldn't look nice with the door. I'll forever use pop-a-lock for any locksmith work.
